Experiences people actually want to use.
Your brand lives in more than a website: customer portals, booking flows, calculators, onboarding, apps and interactive tools. We design and build digital experiences that solve a real problem for users and show the brand at its best.
Digital experiences
When the product experience breaks the brand promise.
For the CEO
Our customer experience doesn’t match our promise.
Marketing promises a smooth, modern business. Then customers hit a clunky portal or a confusing booking flow, and the promise breaks.
For the COO
Manual processes are holding us back.
Emails, spreadsheets and phone calls fill the gaps where a well-designed tool should be. It costs time and frustrates customers.
For the CMO
We need something more useful than another campaign.
Tools and interactive experiences can generate demand and trust for years, but only if they solve a genuine problem.
For product
The internal tools and customer tools feel disconnected.
Different systems, built at different times, create an inconsistent experience.
A dedicated digital experience may help if…
The strongest signal is when customers do by email what they should be able to do themselves.
- Customers complete key tasks by emailing or calling you.
- Your portal or app gets complaints.
- Onboarding new customers is manual and slow.
- You want a tool or calculator that helps prospects decide.
- Different digital touchpoints look and behave differently.
- You have a product idea that needs shaping before it’s built.
What Digital experiences actually is.
A digital experience is any interactive product your customers or team use: portals, onboarding flows, configurators, calculators, dashboards, apps or interactive content. Designing one well means understanding the task, removing friction and making it feel like part of the brand.
The best digital experiences are useful first. Brand expression makes them memorable, but usefulness makes them used.
What it isn’t
- Adding animation for its own sake
- Building features nobody asked for
- A website redesign by another name
- Only about how it looks
From a real user task to a working product.
We validate with prototypes before heavy investment, so you only build what people will actually use.
01
Find the real task
We research what users are trying to achieve and where the current experience fails them.
You get: A clear problem worth solving.
02
Shape the concept
We explore concepts and flows, and test early prototypes with users.
You get: A direction validated before heavy investment.
03
Design the experience
We design screens, interactions and content, built on your design system.
You get: An experience that’s usable and on-brand.
04
Build and integrate
We develop and connect it to your systems, or support your engineering team.
You get: A working product, not just designs.
05
Measure and improve
We track usage and outcomes after launch and iterate.
You get: An experience that gets better over time.
Why promising digital tools go unused.
Building before validating
Expensive builds based on assumptions are common. A tested prototype is far cheaper than a failed launch.
Feature creep
Each extra feature adds complexity for every user. Focus on doing the core task very well.
Ignoring the edges
Error states, empty states and slow connections are where experiences usually break.
No measure of success
Without agreed outcomes, it’s impossible to know whether the experience is worth the investment.
A working experience and a way to improve it.
You leave with the product, the evidence behind it and a plan for what to improve next.
- Research and problem definition
- Concepts and user flows
- Tested interactive prototypes
- Final UI and interaction design
- Build or engineering support
- Measurement plan and iteration roadmap
Led by our Designing lead.
Our Designing lead runs the research and prototyping personally and leads design through build, with our Growth lead defining how success will be measured.
What we’ll need from you
- The task you want to improve, and who does it
- Access to users for research and testing
- Details of the systems it must connect to
- A product owner on your side
Questions about digital products and tools.
Can you help us decide if a tool is worth building?
Yes. Early research and a tested prototype often answer that question for a fraction of the build cost.
Do you build apps?
We design and build web-based experiences and progressive web apps. For native apps, we design and partner closely with specialist engineering teams.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Usually. We plan integrations with your CRM, booking, billing or internal tools early so the experience works end to end.
How do you measure success?
We agree the outcome up front, for example task completion, time saved or leads generated, and track it after launch.
What do your customers still do by email?
That’s often the best place to start. Tell us the task and we’ll help you judge whether a tool is worth it.
