01

Getting started

The first conversation, and what happens next.

What does 3Anomaly actually do?

We’re one team across three disciplines: Branding (positioning, naming, identity and voice), Designing (UX, websites and digital experiences) and Growth (SEO, AI search visibility, content, conversion and analytics). The point is that one team owns the whole result, instead of three suppliers blaming each other for it.

Who do you work with?

Businesses that have something worth building but haven’t yet worked out how to express it clearly, consistently or distinctively. That’s often a company that has outgrown its identity, a website that no longer represents the business, or growth that has stalled. We’ve written about the industries we know well in Pune and Mumbai, but we’re not limited to them.

How do we get started?

With a 45-minute Growth Audit. There’s no pitch deck: we ask what you’re trying to achieve, what has been tried and where things are stuck. If there’s a fit, you get a written scope and an hours estimate before any work starts.

What happens on the Growth Audit call?

Forty-five minutes with the founding leads. We look at the problem underneath the brief, and you leave with our honest read of it, even if we end up not working together.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on what we’re already committed to, and we’ll tell you honestly in our first reply. Once work begins, first deliverables arrive within two weeks of kickoff.

Do you work with companies outside India?

Yes. We work fully online and bill with the same transparent hourly model wherever you’re based.

02

Pricing & billing

What it costs, how it’s billed, and what isn’t included.

How is an engagement billed?

By the hour, at ₹2,500 an hour, logged and itemised every cycle. You see what was worked on, by whom and for how long. There’s no flat package fee hiding what you’re actually paying for.

What do the packages cost?

Every package uses the same rate; only the hours change. Foundation is 20 hours a month (about ₹50,000), Momentum is 40 hours (about ₹1,00,000) and Compound is 80 hours (about ₹2,00,000). See Growth Packages and try the estimator.

Why hourly instead of a fixed project price?

A fixed price has to cover every unknown, so it usually carries padding you never see. An hourly rate puts the real cost in front of you, and the itemised log shows where every hour went.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes: three months on any engagement, because meaningful brand, design or growth work needs that long to show whether it’s working. After that you’re month to month.

What isn’t included in the fee?

Ad spend and media budgets, third-party software and licences, and paid assets such as stock photography and licensed fonts. You pay those directly or reimburse them at cost, and we agree them with you before they’re incurred.

Do your prices include GST?

No. Fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which are added to invoices where they apply.

When are invoices due?

Unless your statement of work says otherwise, retainers are invoiced monthly and invoices are due within 15 days. The details are in our Service Terms.

How do we cancel, and do you refund unused hours?

After the three-month minimum, either of us can end the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. If you’ve paid in advance for hours we haven’t worked, we refund them or credit them to future work. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

03

How we work

People, rhythm and how you’ll know it’s working.

Who actually does the work?

The three founding leads: Branding, Designing and Growth. The people you meet on the first call are the people who do the work. If a project needs a specialist we don’t have in-house, such as a photographer, we tell you who and why before they start.

How often will we hear from you?

Every week: a 30-minute sync with the leads doing the work, plus an itemised log of hours. Emails get a reply from a founding lead within one business day.

How soon will we see real work?

First deliverables arrive within two weeks of kickoff. Real work, not a strategy deck about future work.

How will we know if it’s working?

We agree one shared metric at kickoff and review it every cycle. If something isn’t moving, you’ll hear it from us first, with what we’d change.

How do you work with our in-house team?

Alongside them, not around them. Your team keeps ownership of its work; we add senior strategy and specialist skills, share everything we produce and keep one weekly sync so nothing gets lost.

What will you need from us?

Timely access to the people, information and accounts we need, one consolidated round of feedback at each review, and materials that are yours to use. If a delay on your side holds up the work, timelines move by the same amount.

Do you work on-site?

We work fully online, which keeps office overheads out of our rate. The weekly sync, shared documents and the hours log keep everything visible.

Can we start with just one discipline?

Yes. Plenty of work starts with branding, designing or growth on its own. We’ll still tell you if we think the real constraint sits in one of the other two.

04

Branding

Positioning, naming and identity.

Is branding just a new logo?

No. The logo is rarely the problem; positioning usually is. We start with what your business should stand for and who it’s for, then build the identity, voice and system that make it recognisable. See Positioning.

How long does a rebrand take?

It depends on how much research is needed and how many places the brand has to work. The identity engagements we scope typically run for two to three months, and you’ll see work in progress within the first two weeks.

Can you name our company or product?

Yes. We run a structured process for names people can say, remember, search for and use. We check availability as we go, and recommend a trademark attorney confirms clearance before you commit. See Naming.

Will we own the brand we pay for?

Yes. Once an engagement is paid in full, you own the final approved deliverables, including the rights to use, change and register them. Fonts, stock images and other third-party assets stay under their own licences, which we’ll point out.

05

Designing & websites

Websites, UX and digital experiences.

Can you redesign just our website?

Yes. Designing works on its own, and we’ll bring positioning in only as far as the website needs it. See Web design.

Which platform do you build on?

We choose around your team and your needs, and explain the recommendation in writing before we build. What matters most is that your team can update the site without waiting on a developer.

Will the new site be fast, accessible and ready for search?

That’s the standard we build to: quick loading, accessibility built in, clean structure for search engines, and analytics set up correctly from day one. See Web development.

Who looks after the site after launch?

Your team, with our documentation and handover, or us, if you want us to keep working on it as part of a retainer. Either way you own it and everything we’ve documented.

Do you design apps and product interfaces?

We design the experiences around a product, such as onboarding, portals, booking flows and tools, and the design systems that keep them consistent. For deep product design we work alongside your product team. See Digital experiences.

06

Growth

Search, AI visibility, content, conversion and analytics.

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical fixes and better pages can help within weeks. Search visibility built on content and authority usually takes months, which is why we start it early and report progress against the metric we agreed. See SEO.

Do you guarantee rankings, traffic or leads?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on things outside anyone’s control, including search engine and platform changes. We commit to skilled work, honest reporting and one shared metric we both watch.

What is AI search visibility?

Making sure your business is mentioned and cited when people ask AI assistants and AI-powered search, not just when they click through Google’s links. It rests on clear, credible, well-structured content. See AI search visibility.

Do you run paid ads?

We plan and measure paid media as part of growth work, judged on qualified pipeline rather than clicks. Media spend is billed separately from our fee, so you always see what the platforms are getting.

Can you set up GA4, Tag Manager and our CRM?

Yes. We set up measurement you can trust, connect it to your CRM and build reporting that shows what’s driving leads and revenue. See Analytics.

07

Proof & credibility

Why a new agency, and how to check us.

Do you have case studies?

Not client ones yet. We’re a new agency, and we won’t borrow logos or invent projects. What we do have are six concept case studies: self-initiated briefs for fictional brands, taken through our full process and clearly labelled as concepts.

Why should we trust a new agency?

Because you can check what matters: each founding lead has more than ten years in brand, digital or growth, our rate and terms are published, and our process is written down specifically enough to hold us to. If a client portfolio is a dealbreaker today, that’s fair, and we’d rather you knew now.

Can we meet the people who’d do the work before signing?

Yes. The Growth Audit is with the founding leads, and they’re the people who would do the work. Meet the team.

08

NDAs, data protection and the small print.

Will you sign an NDA?

Of course. Mention it in your first email and we’ll sort it out before you share anything sensitive.

How do you handle our data and our customers’ data?

Where we work in your analytics, CRM or email tools, we act only on your instructions, apply appropriate security and help you meet your obligations under India’s DPDP Act. A data processing agreement is available on request. See our Privacy Policy.

Where are your terms?

Everything is on our Legal page: Service Terms for client work, Terms and Conditions for this website, plus our privacy, cookie and refund policies.

No answer for that yet.
