Home Growth Packages

Pricing

One hourly rate. Three ways to scope it.

Every package is built on the same ₹2,500 an hour. The difference between them is how many hours a month you get and how many disciplines work on your account, not a markup for being “premium”.

Growth Packages

Three packages, sized by hours.

Pick by how much needs to move at once. Each package is a starting point we refine on the Growth Audit call, so you never pay for hours the work doesn’t need.

Foundation

20 hours a month

≈ ₹50,000 a month

20 of 80 hours

One discipline running steadily.

Best when

You know where the gap is: a brand that needs tightening, a website that needs attention or a growth channel that needs a steady owner.

  • One discipline: Branding, Designing or Growth
  • One founding lead on your account
  • Weekly check-in
  • Itemised hour log

Momentum

40 hours a month

≈ ₹1,00,000 a month

40 of 80 hours

Two disciplines, worked on together.

Best when

Two problems are feeding each other, like a website that can’t convert because the positioning underneath it is unclear.

  • Two disciplines, planned as one piece of work
  • A second lead joins your account
  • Bi-weekly reporting
  • Itemised hour log

Compound

80 hours a month

≈ ₹2,00,000 a month

80 of 80 hours

The full system: Branding, Designing and Growth.

Best when

You want one team owning the whole result, from what the brand stands for to how it performs in search and sales.

  • All three disciplines
  • All three founding leads
  • Monthly strategy review
  • Itemised hour log

See your number before you call.

Move the slider to the hours you think the work needs. It’s simple arithmetic, which is the point: there’s nothing else hiding in the price.

20 hours × ₹2,500 = ₹50,000 a month. The three-month minimum comes to ₹1,50,000.

An estimate, not a quote. Your real scope and hours come in writing after the Growth Audit, before any work starts.

Why we price by the hour.

Most agencies sell fixed packages or project fees. They look simpler, but the number has to absorb every unknown, so you pay for risk padding and rarely see where the time actually went.

We chose the opposite. One published rate, the same for every discipline and every lead, and a log of every hour. The trade-off is that an hourly model only works if you can trust how the hours are spent. That’s why you see the itemised log every cycle, and why the people you meet on the first call are the people doing the work.

What this protects you from

  • Paying a “premium tier” markup for the same people
  • Scope padding built in to cover a fixed quote
  • Not knowing where the hours went
  • Being sold more hours than the work needs
  • Contracts that outlive the results

Included in every package.

Whatever the hours, the way we work doesn’t change.

01

The founders do the work.

No hand-off to a junior team after the sales call. If a project needs a specialist we don’t have in-house, you’ll know who and why before they start.

2 weeks

to first deliverables

Real work, early.

Not a strategy deck about future work.

02

One shared metric.

Agreed at kickoff and reviewed every cycle, so we’re both watching the same number.

03

Every hour, itemised.

What was worked on, by whom, and for how long.

04

Everything handed over.

Work is documented as we go, so stopping never leaves you with something you can’t use.

What the fee doesn’t cover.

Our fee pays for our time. These costs sit outside it, so you can always see them for what they are.

Ad spend and media budgets

Budgets vary far more than the work does. Keeping them out of the fee means you always see exactly what the platforms are getting.

Third-party software and licences

Your tools are part of your stack, not our fee. Folding them in would hide what you’re really paying for.

Stock photography, licensed fonts and other paid assets

Paid assets are agreed with you case by case, before they’re used.

How an engagement is agreed.

Step one

A 45-minute Growth Audit

No pitch deck. We look at what you’re trying to achieve and what’s getting in the way.

Before anything starts

A written scope and hours estimate

A real number tied to the ₹2,500 rate, with what’s included and what isn’t.

Within two weeks of kickoff

First deliverables

Plus the first entries in your hour log.

Months one to three

The minimum term

Long enough for the work to show whether it’s working, reviewed against the shared metric.

After month three

Month to month

You stay because it’s working, not because a contract says so.

Questions about pricing.

Why charge by the hour instead of a fixed project price?

A fixed price has to cover the unknowns, so it usually carries padding you never see. An hourly rate puts the real cost in front of you: you see every hour we log, what it was spent on and who did it.

Is ₹2,500 an hour the same for every discipline?

Yes. Branding, designing and growth are all billed at the same rate, and every tier is built on it. The only difference between tiers is how many hours a month are allocated, not a hidden markup for a “premium” service.

Which package do we need?

That’s what the Growth Audit call is for. We size the hours to the actual work, not sell you the tier with the best margin. The three tiers are starting points; the scope we send you after the call sets the real number.

Can we start with one discipline?

Yes. Foundation is built for exactly that: one discipline running steadily with one lead. If we think the real constraint sits in another discipline, we’ll tell you, and you decide what to do about it.

What does the three-month minimum mean?

Any tier runs for at least three months, because meaningful brand, design or growth work needs that long to show whether it’s working. After that you’re month to month. We keep clients by compounding results, not by contract lock-in.

What isn’t covered by the fee?

Ad spend and media budgets, third-party software and licences, and paid assets such as stock photography and licensed fonts. The fee pays for our time; everything else stays visible as its own cost.
