No. A couple of sentences about what isn’t working is plenty. Working out the brief is part of what we do.

Can we sign an NDA before sharing details?
Of course. Say so in your first email and we’ll sort it before you share anything sensitive.
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes. We work fully online and bill with the same transparent hourly model wherever you’re based.
How quickly can you start?
