Growth · Discipline 03
Growth marketing measured in pipeline, not page views.
Search is changing, buyers ask AI before they ask you, and most marketing reports still count the wrong things. Our Growth discipline runs search, AI visibility, content, conversion and analytics as one engine, judged on qualified pipeline and what it cost to create.

Why it matters Signs you need it The six services How they fit Where to start Questions
SEO · AI search visibility · Content strategy · Conversion optimisation · Analytics · Digital growth
Why growth got harder, and what still works.
Fewer searches send anyone to a website, more buyers ask AI first, and finance wants proof. What still works is being the name in the answer, the page that helps when a buyer checks, and a report that shows the money.
Traffic is becoming a poor measure of being found. SparkToro’s 2026 study found 68% of Google searches in the US ended without a click in the first four months of the year. Pew Research Center found that when Google showed an AI summary, people clicked a traditional result on 8% of visits, against 15% when it didn’t. You can be seen and still receive no visit.
Buyers still research; they’ve moved where. Gartner reports that 45% of B2B buyers used generative AI during a recent purchase, and 69% turn to sales reps to validate what it told them. Gartner also found 67% prefer a buying experience without a rep at all. The winners are named in the answer, and trusted when the buyer checks. Our insight on AI search for boards goes further.
Finance wants proof. Only 52% of senior marketing leaders told Gartner they can prove marketing’s value and get credit for it, and they named CFOs as the executives most sceptical of their spend. Budgets at the large companies Gartner surveys sit at 7.8% of revenue in 2026, effectively flat. Growth has to show its working, in rupees.
Shortcuts are now a liability. Google’s own guidance is to create helpful, reliable content written for people, not to manipulate rankings. The same qualities (clear, specific, consistent, genuinely useful) are what AI assistants rely on when they decide who to mention. That is the only kind of search work we do.
You probably need Growth work if…
None of these means marketing isn’t working. They mean nobody can yet show which parts are.
- Traffic is up, but qualified enquiries aren’t.
- Nobody can say which channel produces pipeline that actually closes.
- AI assistants describe your business vaguely, wrongly or not at all.
- Content gets published because it’s Tuesday, not because a buyer needed it.
- Paid media costs more every quarter for the same results.
- The monthly report has plenty of charts and no decisions.
The six Growth services.
Each service can run on its own, but they work best as one engine with one scorecard. Every service page explains the approach, the common mistakes and exactly what you keep.

How the six services fit together.
Growth works as an engine: measure, get found, convert, then put the money where it works. We start with measurement because every later decision depends on numbers you can trust.
Stage 1 · Measure
Numbers you can decide with.
Tracking audited, qualified leads defined with sales and finance, and one source of truth before anything changes.
Stage 2 · Be found and chosen
In search, and in the answer.
Technical health, genuinely helpful content, and the consistent facts AI assistants need to mention you accurately.
Stage 3 · Convert and compound
More from what you already have.
Fewer leaks in the journey, proven with tests, and one plan that moves budget to whatever produces pipeline.
Not sure where to start? Match your situation.
The situations we hear most often, and the service we would usually begin with. If several apply, measurement almost always comes first.
You can’t say which channel produces pipeline that closes.
Start with Analytics: a measurement plan, clean tracking and the CRM connected.
Competitors appear for the searches your buyers make. You don’t.
Start with SEO: a technical fix plan and a map of the questions buyers actually ask.
AI assistants get your business wrong or leave it out.
Start with AI search visibility: a baseline across the major assistants and a fact consistency audit.
Plenty of visitors, too few enquiries.
Start with Conversion optimisation: find where people drop out, then test the fixes.
Lots of content, little effect.
Start with Content strategy: an audit, a question map and a way to measure every piece.
Several agencies or channels, and no single plan.
Start with Digital growth: one model, one set of targets, shared reporting. Our piece on the agency carousel explains why.
How a Growth engagement runs.
Six steps from the first conversation to an engine that shows its working. At every step you know what happens, what you get and what we need from you. The full detail is on our Approach page.
Throughout
A 30-minute weekly sync with the lead doing the work, and an itemised log of every hour at ₹2,500 an hour.
01
Before you commit
A 45-minute Growth Audit
You talk to the Growth lead, not a salesperson. We look at where enquiries come from today and where the engine is leaking.
02
Before work starts
A written scope and hours estimate
Which services you need, in what order, and a real number at ₹2,500 an hour. Packages run from 20 to 80 hours a month.
03
Weeks 1 to 2
Measurement first
A tracking and data-quality audit, and a definition of a qualified lead agreed with sales before anything else changes.
04
Next
Diagnose and plan
A growth diagnosis: where demand comes from, what buyers search and ask AI assistants, and where the budget should go.
05
Then
Fix, publish, test
Technical fixes, new and rewritten pages, and conversion experiments, prioritised by their likely effect on pipeline.
06
Every cycle
Review and reallocate
A monthly report tied to leads and revenue, and a regular review of where the next month’s effort and budget should go.
What we won’t do in Growth.
Report reach without a line to pipeline
Impressions and traffic are worth knowing. They are not evidence of return, and we won’t present them as if they were.
Buy links or write for crawlers
Shortcuts that try to manipulate rankings put your domain at risk. We write for the people making the decision.
Promise rankings or AI mentions
Nobody controls Google or an AI assistant. We commit to the work and to honest reporting of what it achieved.
Hide a flat month behind a vanity metric
If the number that matters didn’t move, you hear that first, with what we will change.
What we report, every month.
Numbers that connect effort to revenue through steps finance can audit. We set out the reasoning in five numbers a CFO will trust.
01
Qualified pipeline by source
The value of opportunities sales has accepted, split by where they came from.
02
Cost per qualified opportunity
Total cost, including fees, divided by sales-accepted opportunities.
03
Win rate by source
Pipeline from a channel that never closes is a cost, not an asset.
04
Mentions in AI answers
Whether the major assistants name you, accurately, for your buyers’ priority questions.
05
Visibility for buying questions
Not every keyword: the searches that precede a purchase in your category.
06
Conversion of key pages
How many of the right visitors take the next step, and where the rest leave.
Measured · Found · Chosen · Converted
Questions about Growth.
How long before SEO or AI visibility shows results?
Unevenly. Technical fixes and clearer pages can be picked up within weeks; competitive rankings and changes in how AI assistants describe your category build over months of consistent work. We report monthly and judge quarterly, and we tell you early if something isn’t moving.
Do you run paid media?
Paid media is part of the connected plan when it earns its place. We plan budget across search, content, paid media, conversion and analytics, and judge paid on the same qualified-pipeline measures as everything else.
Can you guarantee rankings or mentions in AI answers?
No, and anyone who does is guessing. Nobody controls Google or an AI assistant. We commit to the work, to following Google’s published guidance, and to reporting honestly on what it achieved.
What do you need from us?
Access to Google Search Console, analytics and your CRM, time with your subject-matter experts, someone who can approve content quickly, and a decision-maker for budget changes.
How is Growth priced?
One rate for every discipline: ₹2,500 an hour, logged and itemised every cycle. Packages run from 20 to 80 hours a month, with a three-month minimum and then month to month. You get a written scope and an hours estimate before anything starts.
Who does the work?
The Growth lead, one of our three founders, with more than ten years across performance, demand generation and analytics. If a project needs a specialist, we tell you who and why before they start.
Where Growth connects.
A growth engine bolted onto a brand it doesn’t understand, running on a site it doesn’t control, optimises for the wrong thing. That is why one team owns all three disciplines.
